Author: I had a conversation with my father last night and it was a very great conversation I had with him since I started working. I seldom have time to talk to my father because of my busy schedule and so as his as a businessman. We had a topic regarding our home and he told me that when I was young, we are just renting an apartment for several years and during that time, my parents are already saving money for us to have our own home. It took them more than ten years to be able to own a house.
To own a home was really not that easy for my parents and my father also told me that when I decided to have my own house, a home mortgage is my best thing to choose. I can also have a mortgage loan even if I have a bad credit. I can still get bad credit mortgage loans and that will start my way on having my own family in the future. A bad credit loan that can help me own a home without experiencing the sacrifices that my parents experienced before just to be able to own home.
